Don’t Be A Needy Little Pussy

My idea for this article came about from a house party I went to this New Years Eve with a few friends of mine. The party was awesome, with plenty of smoking hot chicks and booze, but more importantly, I made an interesting observation while I was there which you can learn something from. It wasn’t long after we arrived that I noticed a guy who was trying too hard and just looked insecure in his attempts to attract women. Here’s a few of the things he was doing wrong, and what he should have been doing instead:

- While talking, he would lean in. This is a bad habit. It makes you look like you need her company. If anything, lean slightly back – you’ll look more in control.
- He was slouching. This is BAD. Do not slouch. Stand up straight and carry yourself with confidence, because that’s what it will show. Just don’t take this over the top and look like you have a flagpole up your ass.
- He was too approving. Don’t take this the wrong way, you shouldn’t be confrontational, but if you nod and say yes at everything she says just to get her approval, it’ll have the opposite effect. Learn to say no and offer a different viewpoint even if it offends her – you’ll get more respect.
- He followed girls around. Don’t do this. If you get friendly with a girl, don’t let her take the lead and make you follow her around the place. Yes, she likes you, but not for long if she feels she has the power to move you around like you’re her little bitch. If she starts walking away, stay put or talk to someone else. If she likes you she’ll be back.
- He was trying too hard to be liked. You don’t need to explain yourself to anyone. You don’t need to talk at 50mph. If you look like you’re trying to gain approval, you won’t get any. Women are attracted to men with social value. If you look like you need her to like you, she will feel you have less social value than her, and she won’t find you attractive.
To put it bluntly, he was acting like a needy little pussy. By looking like an approval-seeking pussy, you damage your chances with women. I mean, you might as well just castrate yourself, because there’s nothing attractive about needy, insecure guys.
